Sidney H. Levine, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who also serves as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME), Agreed Medical Examiner (AME), Independent Medical Evaluator (IME), and expert medical witness in North County, California (San Diego). Dr. Levine also served as a medical officer in the United States Air Force. He is well-versed in the rules and regulations promulgated by the State of California in workers’ compensation and provides expert testimony in trials with federal, superior, and civil courts.

Driven to constantly improve his knowledge and the services he provides, Dr. Levine frequently attends conferences and society meetings to learn about the latest advancements in the field, and offer these techniques and technologies to his patients. In all of these ways and more, he is able to provide his patients with the highest quality of care.
The Importance of Patient Education
A key part of preventing a health care problem from progressing is being aware as to how they can develop. We strongly believe that patient education is an important part of the services we provide. In addition to talking with our patients during their exams, we have a ready supply of patient education materials such as brochures and information sheets in our office. We encourage our patients to read about their condition and ask us questions about how to stay healthy.
